Marzadro awarded the grappa gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London

Giare Gewürztraminer grappa’s outstanding harmony of flavour, obtained by distilling Gewürztraminer pomace and ageing it for at least 36 months in oak barrels, continues to win prizes at international level: at London’s 2017 International Wine & Spirit Competition the distillate, produced in Trentino Alto-Adige by the historic Marzadro SpA, stood out from the crowd, winning the gold medal in the “Grappa - Gewürztraminer - Wood Aged” tasting category.

The soft lines and natural nuances of the unfinished wood closure created by Tapì were chosen for the packaging.
